Sukma is consistently working to aid a wide range of clients in managing their businesses and organizations. But before she came to establish one of the fastest-growing business consulting in Bali, she held a nine-to-five job just like everyone else. Her corporate job was her comfort zone. She had a good, stable career and she has no reason to leave. Little did she know, she would have a change of heart.
As someone who has always had a warm personality and a friendly demeanor, Sukma has always been someone who’s easy to approach. Her network of friends varied from all range of professions and businesses. It was one of the reasons she enjoyed her job; it allowed her to meet people from a diverse background. Sukma’s job required her to focus extensively on assisting the pre-opening of new hotels, hip beach clubs, upscale restaurants, and more. The hospitality industry has been a playground to exert her expertise. This was something that Sukma’s circle of friends took notice of. They had often consulted her regarding their businesses and all of the human resource issues they faced. This was the start of her consulting endeavor outside of her day job.
Then, she met Alex, who, at that time, had been struggling in navigating his newly established F&B business in Bali. Alex had shown an interest in her background in the human resource and consulting industry. They exchanged contacts and kept in touch. And as they say, the rest is history.
As a consultant, Sukma emphasized a personal touch for each client. This is strongly reflected through Actual Synergy’s works. The team believes that each business is unique, and so are the issues and problems they are facing. By using a personalized approach, the team firmly believed in the power of human connections.
